RepSetGear SMS Program

These terms apply when you choose to receive text messages from RepSetGear ("we", "us").

1. What you'll get

When you opt in, we'll send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provided — order updates, product announcements, and promotions. Message frequency varies.

2. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for messages we send you and messages you send us. Check your mobile plan.

3. How to opt out

Text STOP to the number our messages come from at any time to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation text, then no further messages from that number. To rejoin, sign up again.

4. Help

Text HELP to the number our messages come from for help, or email ben@repsetgear.com.

5. Your consent

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the number (or have the account holder's permission), that you are 18 or older (or have a parent's permission), and that you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to participate after changes are posted means you accept them.
