RETURNS & REFUNDS — RepSetGear

THE GEAR (physical products)
We want you counting, not worrying. If your RepSetGear isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — that's our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Contact us first at ben@repsetgear.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
- Items must come back in original condition, with everything that came in the bag.
- You cover return shipping — unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Then we cover it.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

APPAREL & CLOTHING (print on demand)
All RepSetGear apparel is made to order through our print partner, NinjaPOD. Each piece is printed just for you, and NinjaPOD does not accept returns — so apparel follows their policy:
- Apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
- An apparel order can be cancelled only before production begins — contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
- If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or as the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we will reprint it or refund you.
- Do not send apparel to NinjaPOD or its fulfillment partners — items sent there without written instruction may be disposed of without credit. All apparel claims go through RepSetGear at ben@repsetgear.com.
